  12. It's 1/3 cup of olive oil, extra virgin.

  16. You need 1 oz of flax seeds.
  17. It's 1 of egg.
  18. You need 1 oz of crushed chia seed.
  19. Prepare 3 cup of hot water.
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin.

Pork Buns & Saffron Rice instructions

  1. Bbq pork (I had the marinaded pork from the last recipe) & red pepper with onion.
  2. Chop up pork and mix with pepper and onion and lime juice, bbq sauce and liquid hickory smoke.
  3. Make hamburger bun dough. I got mine from a recipe on this app and added flax and chia seed to it.
  4. Rip off enough dough so you can make a hand size pizza shape and fill it with the pork mix and pinch it together to make the shape of a bun placing the pinched off part face down on parchment paper covered baking sheet..
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 min at 350°F fahrenheit..
  6. On low heat add rice and saffron with a bit of olive oil to pan and mix. Boil a kettle of water at least 3 cups. Add hot water and put on medium heat cover for 7 min..
  7. In a bowl add 3 eggs, chopped celery, table spoon of soya sauce and a table spoon of olive oil. Mix and add to rice. Once boiled, cover and put the heat to low..
