Ingredients of Momi Classic Rosemary Bun

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh milk.
  2. It's 1 tbsp of Yeast.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  4. It's 3 of Egg - Mesium size.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
  6. It's 1/4 cup of Butter.
  7. You need 1/4 cup of Ghee Oil.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of Cooking oil.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of Shortening.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of Rosemary - Finely chop.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg - powder / grated.
  12. It's 1/2 tsp of Fine salt.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of Baking powder.
  14. It's 5 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
  15. Prepare of Egg wash mix.
  16. It's 1 of Egg.
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp of Warm water.
  18. You need 1 tbsp of Mayo.
  19. You need 1 tsp of Ghee oil.
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chicken stock powder.
  21. You need 1 tsp of Rosemary.
  22. It's 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg powder / grated.
  23. It's 1 dash of Salt.

Momi Classic Rosemary Bun instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together fresh milk, yeast and the 2 TBSP sugar. Set aside for 15 until they grown well.
  2. Add in sugar, eggs, butter, cooking oil, ghee oil, shortening and whisk well.
  3. In separate mixing bowl, mix well flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and rosemary then only take them out into the yeast bowl. Mix all well, cover with kitchen towel / plastict wrap and let them rest for an hour then keep them in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hour.
  4. Take out the dough, let them rest for an hour out of the refrigerator. Knead the dough and portion them into 75gm-100gm each. You'll have at least 13 portion. you can either let them into round or oblong shape.
  5. Spread the egg wash on top each of the portion and bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
